• Once orders are received, our team carefully inspects each item for any defects before shipping the item to the customer. We do understand that sometimes an oversight may happen, and the customer may need to exchange the item or replace it with an alternate size.
  • We are happy to assist our customers in size exchanges for pre-stitched items if they are available in our inventory. For unstitched items, we will assess the legitimacy of the issue on a case to case basis after speaking to the customer about their concern. If Items have been specifically made ‘on order’ after receiving confirmations from the customers, exchanges will not be possible.
  • The mechanisms for the exchange will be that once the customer contacts us and submits a request for a size exchange, we will check our inventories to see the availability of the item requested as a replacement. Upon confirmation of availability, we will courier to the customer the replacement item at no shipping cost. In return we would require that the customer couriers back the original item to the shipping address that we will provide to the customer.
  • In some cases, we may be able to hand deliver the items for exchange and collect the original item from the customer. This however will only be possible if we have capacities to do so in the locations where the customer resides.
  • We would like to request all our customers that in the case of a size exchange, the item being returned is kept in its original condition with the tags and packaging as received by them.
  • We do not provide refund on purchased items. Items exchanges will be done based on above conditions.
